Hotel accommodation for RD2023 is now open

NOTE: Travel award applicants should not register for hotel accommodations or the meeting until after the awards have been announced.

Based on its facilities and convenience for travel, we have selected the Hotel Amaragua in Torremolinos, Spain to host RD2023. The four-star hotel will comfortably house all of RD2023 and Fast Track attendees and accompanying persons. The hotel is only 10 km away from Malaga international airport and can easily be reached by a 15 min taxi ride.

Deadline to register: July 20, 2023

To register for hotel accommodations, choose the appropriate 6-day or 5-day package using the link below.

• A 6-day package should be booked by attendees participating in the BrightFocus Macular Fast Track pre-meeting on Oct 23, 2023, and the RD2023 symposium on Oct 24-27, 2023.
• A 5-day package should be booked by attendees participating exclusively in the RD2023 Symposium on Oct 24-27, 2023.
• Travel Awardees should book the special 6-day package for travel awardees (at the bottom of the list). A credit card is needed but will not be charged.

Hotel cancellation Policy:
Delegates can cancel the room (package) free of charge prior to July 22, 2023.
On July 22, credit cards of delegates will be charged 20% of package costs. These costs are non-refundable. The rest of the package costs will be balanced on check-out.
