Platform Presentations

Robust question/answer sessions are key to a stimulating scientific exchange and a trademark of the RD Meetings. To maintain this culture of the meeting, we will strictly enforce the presentation timings shown below.

• Keynote lectures: 30 minute presentation; 10 min. discussion
• Regular podium presentations: 20 minute presentation; 10 min. discussion
• Travel awardee presentations: 15 minute presentation; 5 min. discussion

Poster Presentations

Poster dimensions: Posters are portrait style with a maximum width of 84 cm (33 inches) and a maximum height of 180 cm (70 inches).

Poster setup: Posters will be hung up for display on Tuesday (October 24, 2023). Poster stands will be available in two rooms.

Poster removal: Posters will be on display all week and need to be removed by Friday noon.

Poster schedule: Posters will be presented during dedicated poster sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings between 7:30 and 10:00 pm. On Tuesday evening, presenting authors of an ODD numbered poster should be available in front of their poster between 7:30 and 8:45 pm. Authors of an EVEN numbered poster should be at their poster between 8:45 and 10:00 pm. On Wednesday evening, everyone is free to roam all posters. Posters will remain on display all week and be available for viewing until Friday noon.
